Horribly disorganized. The company is very antiquated. To get something done you have to always ask I.E they won't give you a raise ever unless if you ask.

- Not the best leadership, CEO is hardly ever around and does not have the best decision making when its comes to the heart of the company. - No Training (you're going to get instruction but with no sense of real direction) - Upper Management is also not ideal. - I only had one Raise in span of working here. - High turn around with employees - Not sure what a strategic assistant to the CEO is good for.
