Pros

Okay pay and decent benefits. Always food and snacks around. Swag is given out routinely.

Cons

Management is seriously lacking in compassion and consistency. Playing favorites is a huge issue. Constant gossip that comes way too much from the management. They will build you up just to knock you down.

Pros

Good people at RLG and a few at GEM.

Cons

Very pompous and arrogant people at GEM. HR department is corrupt. Had to fire people even though it was illegal. GEM thinks they are above the law. Just ask around.

10 old men run everything, overworked because they’d rather pay 3 people to do 10 people’s job, the whole company is corrupted.
