Business Outlook
Pros
Sri (President) and Lara (Vice President) are kind, honest, caring, and ethical. This not only applies to how they treat their clients, but how they treat their employees. They genuinely care about what they do and about the people that they bring into the company. They were supportive of me in every aspect of my professional and personal life, and I could not be more grateful. Most importantly: they listened to me and respected my opinion. Even though I no longer work for USG1, I still rave about them as the best employers I have ever had.
Cons
I wish that they had more resources, but that comes with a growing business.
