Pros

- Personal scheduling - Rate - Ability to work at different hospitals freely without needing consistent orientation - Exposure to different work environments and colleagues

Cons

- Strict rotation of hospitals may be a con to some - Certain hospitals don't necessarily treat you the same as their staff - If canceled, may be sent last minute to another hospital or be ultimately canceled if census is low
