Pros

TWG has a genuine interest in employee wellbeing and engagement. Wages are fair and the benefits are good. It is a values driven organization that is driven by more than the bottom line.

Cons

It's a manufacturing environment so there is shift work and overtime. It's not a 9-5 job if that is what you are looking for. If you want to work and get paid this is a great place!

Great people and company. This company is in full growth mode and would recommend to anyone looking to find greener grass. Management demands 100% commitment to engagement. This is not a "I'll put in my 9-5 and go home career". Management expects great things from employees.

Cons

The company culture is changing and can be a shock for some unaccustomed to change.
