You must make 100 calls per day. No exceptions. Once you build your book of business, there is little time to build relationsips with your customers. Its a numbers game. Great if you arent a people person, but definitely a con if you are a relationship driven sales rep.

Not the most honest place

Their management team is woefully ineffective. They have daily meetings in which NOTHING and I mean NOTHING new is ever gone over. If you like wasting time you would love this team. When complaints arise during these meeting, they like to say that they are working on it when in reality they are too scared of upper management to actually help the people on the front lines. They like to bring in managers from the outside instead of internally, but love to tell people in interviews that they love to promote people. Their idea of management is reaching out at the END of every month to see how you’ve done. They ask what problems you faced and what you did to overcome it but offer no solutions of their own. Basically you are expected to be your own manager and if you can’t pull yourself solo they will watch you drown and tell you that you should have done more. Account managers are expected to be perfect but the management has zero accountability. They will let you fail because it is very easy for them to disperse your accounts to their favorites immediately after you’re gone.

Does not care about employee safety. Will want you to come into work in extreme weather. Barely gives employees raises no matter how hard they work. Must go the extra mile and do a ton of work for free in order to get a decent raise

Constant OT requests and work on saturdays, Imbalance of work load split amongst folks, Generally underpaid compared to other warehouse positions (even though this is a pharmaceutical company), Leadership seems split 7 different ways with no direction, No accountability among any higher management when poor choices are made.

It’s the management that doesn’t know what’s going on. The company has tried to expand but failing!!! Memphis is too small and they bring in experts to reconfigure Memphis but it’s too old, too small and has not been kept up and so filthy too. Don’t make fun of the new building. It was poorly designed by the HR managers husband. Ops director is a joke. He needs to move it along and move elsewhere.

Loads of favoritism, the company gets rid of people that do not fit in with their social clique. Will fire you in the drop of a hat over a minor thing. Bad working hours

Needs new carpet and to be cleaned

The work could have been more challenging.
