- Covid has created a massive need for tools to help manage distributed teams, and Topia has the competency to execute. -Leadership team continues to make course corrections, all in the service of better market positioning -Awesome co-workers -A supportive HR/Talent team that is striving to improve process and employee experience -Great vacation time policy, and lots of flexibility to work remotely as appropriate.

Cons

-Covid has seriously impacted the mobility market, and some headcount reductions were necessary along the way. -Some of the legacy products are difficult to modernize and integrate (however the product team has done great work overcoming the challenges).
