Bad managers who aren't qualified. Promotions based on favorites. Some managers disregard rules to play favorites. Silos. Working long hours is expected, but not admitted to. Unreasonable expectations. Sabotaging others for personal gain. Top management allows this to happen. If you are smart and a good worker, it will soon be sucked out of you, especially if you work in the offices and management. Production is king so they are treated better and protected by the top. They can do no wrong. If you are not in production, you are not important. Problems are ignored or hidden. President is liked by hourly employees but not by managers. People backstab for their own gain and he ignores it. Don't complain about a bully because he will protect them. You can get promoted if you are liked by production. Don't work here. It will suck your soul.

Like every review says..... Play favorites, management does not care for you... Nor do they want you to advance. I feel as working here for the past 6 months has changed me completely, I no longer feel the need to care about anything when you work for these people they physically and emotionally drain you, its sad to say but true.
