Cons

Management is a joke. Owners are so unaware of what is going on, it's hilarious. Even one if their executives had an affair with their subordinate and nothing happened !

Co workers were great, once you are accepted.

.It's a big click and you are either in or out. If your not in you might as well find another job or they will make you miserable.

Pros

Most of the employees are very friendly and this employer is very flexible with your work schedule.

Cons

Management/ Employers have a very hard time hiding racism, sexism, and favoritism. This company is very tight with raises. These problems make work going to work a bit stressful.
