From top management on down this is a great team of people that have excellent technical and business experience. More importantly the development and delivery schedule is mapped out by all people involved with a constant review of status and accountability. A very powerful process that is not often seen in start-up companies.
Cons
This is still a start up, meaning there is always a shortage of resources (time, money, people) with significant challenges to be met. So clearly this is not for everyone.
