Mismanaged all to hell. This place is absolute hole to work for. Customers wait so long on responses that they forget what they are even getting. Haven't met a single manager here that seems to know what they are doing as far as workload. Half of them don't have anything to do, and the other half are so overworked they just contribute to the revolving door. Place has a crazy turn-around. On top of it all, there is almost zero career advancement. I've seen people leave and return a year later just so they can get a proper pay adjustment.

While the company has a dominant market share, it is often viewed negatively by its customers and perceived by them as difficult to work with. Trapeze is a relatively mature company in the industry and there seems to be less passion and excitement about its future in terms of product innovation. The company also struggles to maintain any kind of culture or cohesion among employees, making it at best disorganized, but sometimes downright hostile and uncomfortable to employees.
