      Pros

      They don't mind hiring new people they almost don't care of check at how much experience you actually have yes that also goes with higher up postistions I watched supervisor after supervisor changes that after a while you just find a nic name for them so it doesn't take up mental space

      Cons

      Very hard to go higher than Forman if you didn't start as a supervisor or office job your just going to waste your breath the good news about that is they will still get to like you if you learn what your are doing without an actual promotion they depend on competent works to lead people without actually giving them authority or pay unless you like demanding more pay over waiting to be acknowledged the louder you are the easier it is for them to know you want more money
