It’s small company that has a big impact on the customers it Serve And the owner is very Loyal to his employees and their needs. What else can you ask for.

Cons

I love like all the people that I work with and probably will never leave.

Horrible employment experience.

Pros

None. I just have to fill the word minimum.

Cons

Zero management. Owner spends more money redecorating his law firm office than paying his employees a fair wage. Extremely low pay, hires interns to work illegally as “contractors”, tries to sleep with or date whoever he hires as front desk, and unprofessional warehouse staff that get high or drink on the job.

Pros

Small company provided a chance to get more advanced experience as an intern than expected.

Cons

Low pay, hard work, long hours, no appreciation. Thrown into the ocean and expected to learn how to swim on your own. Management style swings unpredictably between micromanagement and utter negligence. Employee turnover is incredible for such a small company, 33%-50% per year, and the majority of departing employees are fired. Paid interns were employed illegally as contractors when by law they should have been non-exempt employees. The company was fined by the State of Oregon for this violation.
