pay & benefits are decent. good vacation time. laid back & casual environment.
Cons
not a lot of room to grow, lots of pettiness between employees & management. Managers and higher ups do nothing to correct petty problems between employees. HR is a joke and completely unreliable. lots of favoritism by managers & upper management.
I worked in sales and was shocked by what I saw. Management runs the company like a Cabal. Four people make basically all the major decisions and most of the minor ones. They are petty and full of themselves. I had to make an appointment to see my boss days in advance. (Keep in mind this is not a large company). Avoid this company like the plague.
Decent benefits and niche markets provide some stability. Nice physical office layout with decent opportunities for training. Profit share is ok - but looks like they play with the numbers.
Cons
Almost cult like mid management. Most senior management is distant and remote - no idea of how the business runs - back office politics is the name of the game to get ahead. Wear body armor to avoid the backstabbing.
