Smaller startup with less bureaucracy. Good smart people working there. Good health insurance and benefits.

Pros

Trovata led a very honest and refreshing interview process. They made clear their thoughts and desires for their next candidate. Every step of the way I new what was coming next thanks to Natalie, and the managers I spoke with. I was given clear instructions for a mock sales call which provided ample opportunity for me to make my skillset known. On top of all this every team member I've spoken to are genuinely kind, hardworking individuals. The kind of people you want to work hard for and with.
