Pros

Working for Truity is wonderful. They value thier employees and genuinely try to accommodate all kinds of situations. Benefits are great. Most managers have an open door policy that allows for easy communication. CEO knows everyone by name and makes a point to visit with employees at all locations on a regular basis!

Cons

Although there is opportunity to move around in the company it isn't always a move up! The structure of the organization is improving but is a little more horizontal than a "go-getter" might be looking for!

Pros

Truity was a good place to work. They strive to improve corporate culture and get staff engaged with the larger picture. They empower their employees to make decisions rather than a top-down approach.

Cons

Not a great deal of turnover at high positions which can force talented young people to seek other companies.

- the health benefits are good

Cons

- stress is not worth it - overworked and turnover all the time - regional vp doesn’t help, makes personal appointments for nails and hair during work and calls them meetings. Leaves staff overwhelmed.
