Pros

This is a great place to work I felt they really looked out for their employees. It is artist owned and run by someone who knows how to keep their people happy

Cons

The structure can be a little flat, so sometimes it's hard to know who's on first. I would say if you like waterfall management it's probably not for you.

- Free snacks - Awesome Halloween Parties - Ability to move to different departments - Flat framework with lots of room to share opinons and be a part of the project - People who genuinely care about you and your well being

Cons

- Management has a hard time remaining positive - Strong leadership is lacking if you don't know where to look - Independent studio still looking for it's own

great benefits relaxed work environment small "family" vibes competitive pay hire and promote from within Transparency with company news and updates

Cons

restricted core work hours. 6 pm is the earliest you can leave. management can take things too personally. loose structure with Lead positions not great at managing production schedules
