Management tend to have favorites.

Shifts can be very early or very late.

Hours are dependent on staff size, so if you’re in a larger group you may need to be quicker when picking up shifts

Lots of politics constantly at play between upper management, they can also be very micro-managing.

No room for growth, management can be good/bad.

1. Lack of diversity. 2. The student worker body is not always the most efficient. 3. Student Leads don't hold themselves to the standards they hold the people they supervise. 4. The chain of command is too long. Too much trust is put in student leads, who often don't communicate management's wishes as well as they should.
