It’s a great company with fantastic management and training all around. They care about ensuring you are getting the necessary tools to be successful
Cons
Work life balance is an issue. There were a number of days that were 10-12hour shift that for some is a non-issue but consistently 4-5days a week was a bit much when at interview overtime would be “about 30-60min a day”
