Pros

This sounds weird for a company, but they have strong morals, or at least that's the case for my region. Some sites are special, and we can go home early as long as we finish our job, but my manager didn't emphasize how early it was during the interview, and I only figured that out after I started the job. Instead, she asked me how tolerant I am of overtime work, and I made a regular assumption and was like of course that depends on how long. She said probably around half an hour in extreme cases, and looked so sorry as if she were talking about some devilish deeds, even if you could also be going "undertime". It's been months, and I really haven't had one day working overtime, ok... I don't know if the company actually cares about you, but they're really acting that way. The insurance is great, fair pay and raise compared to the workload, and there's minimal stress. They also send you snacks packed in big paper boxes occasionally. Probably not worth too much, but really considerate and helps me enjoy my extremely rich spare time, which I wish I could give 100 stars for work/life balance. The company culture is super chill; managers are nice, and you can complain in front of them as much as you want because they do it themselves in a joking way, which is actually very positive because no bad feelings ever linger. I really miss my colleagues and managers after I finish my training and have to go back to my city and work alone. People also speak many different languages, and it's ok for everyone to use their languages. I love this so much that we get very natural with this language environment and just use translators when necessary.

Cons

1. You need to get up super early. I set my alarm clock at 5:30 am. 2. It's not the most efficient or organized place in the world. Sometimes you can sense that something's wrong with a procedure, and you just have to insist on going after someone repeatedly, usually an HR person, until they eventually get it right. I felt suspicious a couple of times, but figured out that they're not trying to exploit or wrong you at all. They're just being special...
