Pros

Leadership is approachable and transparent, they encourage feedback. The culture is Inclusive, casual, flexible, fun, motivating, and collaborative, the people are great to work with, they look out for one another and always available to help.

Cons

Typical issues with any startup, nothing unique.

Pros

- Exciting product that has the potential to become the market leader - Everyone seems to really care about each other and the work they do - Lots of smart people working hard - Everyone can work from home as much as they want, but there is also an office for anyone who needs it - Very people-first culture

Cons

- There aren't as many people or resources as at a more established company - Things change fast - Everyone has to wear multiple hats But it's a startup, and these things are true at all startups
