Pros

Had a nice office space. Co-workers were friendly and we all got along pretty well. Started out with four weeks of paid vacation, and the company holiday parties were pretty good. Building location in Hartford is also really great. Regular salary increases.

Cons

Upper management was atrocious. Take every bad boss you've ever heard about and form them into one person. It was either his way or the highway, others were morons, and he was very derogatory about other employees in front of others. Totally out of touch with what modern IT should be like.

Cons

Department/Team meetings can feel disorganized at times and you can get isolated at times. There is no organization or screening of tasks being assigned.
