Pros
Started working for Ventex out of school back in 2010. I started out in the shipping dept. I have been promoted 3 times and now I am in charge of our spare parts program. The pay is above average and the two owners are a pleasure to work with. They have always been upfront with us and we always know where we stand. I have seen this company grow year over year. I plan on staying here for a long time to come. They pay for 100% of my health care and 70% of my families. I get a bonus each quarter if I reach my goals. I have reached each goal with the exception of one. I also really enjoy working with my counterparts. Each employee here works as if this is their company.
Cons
I really don't have any cons. As I stated, it's a great place to work. I do not see myself ever leaving this job.
