Pros

Dedicated to meeting needs of the customer. Able to handle DPAS contracts and related needs. Build long term relationships. Very open communication. Very structured HR.

Cons

Does not work to retain employees. Largest workforce turn around I've ever seen. Very little PTO and zero unpaid PTO. ZERO flexibility. Bottom dollar, while understandably important, is obviously the number one priority.
