24/7 363 on call so better have a good cell phone service

Pros

Vibe Restaurants was willing to put their time and investment into me to get to the next level. It is amazing to be a part of the team that actually values the work-life balance that I need. The leadership puts their money where their mouth is with benefits, time off, and building relationships.

Cons

None so far. Everyone has the ability to shape their future within Vibe and get to where they want to be with hard work!
