Pros

Offers solid interactive and remote training. Open access to all members of the corporate team, Complete transparency with financials and reports. Opportunities for advancement are available if you are dedicated.

Cons

Smaller company (which isn't really a bad thing) but I'd love to be able to have retreats with the corp team or a couple of company events. Again, that often comes with growth and we are on the way.

Very Supportive leadership. Very communicative, understanding, and generous.

Pay twice a month, had to get use to budgeting twice a month vs. Bi weekly.
