This is the worst agency I have ever worked for 1. They do not adhere to guidelines and standards of the counseling board or Medicaid and have unethical counselor to supervisor ratio 2. They will hire you as a full time supervisor but then expect you to work overtime (12 hour days) without over time. If you do not meet their demand of working such hours, they demote you to part-time employee but still expect you to maintain 40 hours a week with NO benefits 3. They do not provide ethical services to their clients and only see a dollar sign 4. They will request you to sign legal binding documents and then will terminate you if you refuse to do so. 5. They will threat to withhold pay from their counselors for variety of unethical reasons 6. They will allow their counselors to hold more cases than is ethical or within medicaid and board of counseling standards 7. I will post a more in depth review on other employment sites as well.

- HR staff and management was all over the place, providing no support to lower staff - Constant cancelled sessions and lost out on lots of pay, low chance of guaranteed hours (though this was when clients were mostly Medicaid, which I believe has changed now) - Low communication with staff from upper management. - Laid off with no warning due to COVID crisis, AFTER a 2 week unpaid leave. Terrible communication. Was invited back, which I refused.
