Pros

working env is great and competitive work and salary as well. Need to have more exposure on different things as soon as possible

Pros

Great benefit package! This was the best health insurance I had through a succession of mergers and acquisitions. I worked with a great team and found management to be very supportive. I mostly telecommuted but when I was on-site, it seemed like a nice facility.

Cons

Wasn't there long before Virage Logic was acquired by Synopsys, so I didn't have much time to get to know the company culture well before it changed.
