This is a good company with good benefits.

Cons

Be careful which department you work for. Some of the managers are not good to work for and give no opportunity for advancement. Careful of the accounting department.

Pros

Great atmoshere of change. Employees not afraid to try something different. No one plays the blame game. Management is open and available. There seems to be a new atmoshere of a more communicative and cooperative managerial style in the last few years.

Cons

Salaries are low and benefits are sub par. Medical benefits are a burden for most non-managerial employees. Data systems are tragically outdated and slow.
