Pros

If in project management, you will dabble in all aspects of project management and learn about different elements of a project. The project managers are very nice to work with.

Cons

Project managers are expected to do everything, EVERYTHING. From project plans, to shipments, to monthly invoices, etc. The one project manager does it all. The company is so poorly managed and is not concerned enough with the right way to do things. You will be paid next to nothing and overloaded with endless work because there are no resources.

At the start of 2021, we implemented a salary benchmarking exercise to align with our industry, comparable companies, tenure length, as well as experience and responsibilities. We have addressed the project management salaries to ensure they are on par with companies in our space. We provide our Associate Project Managers a much broader work experience, compared to other companies in our space. Our team members are trained in a variety of disciplines, so that they can become knowledgeable in all areas of project management. We are sorry that you feel you have not been supported. We encourage you to discuss this with your line manager and HR to see how we can address this with you. It would be extremely beneficial to understand how we can improve and create a more positive work experience. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

Good people to work with but management is blinded to the daily struggles of PMs and unwilling to provide proper support staff.

Cons

Care more about the bottom line than there employees who are underpaid and overworked compared to market average.
