Pretty quick to respond to emails, payroll info is easy to look up on Paychex app
Cons
No shift differential, OT, benefits, was hired by a completely different contractor (*****) and then, surprise! I'm now with WJM. Wanted to give me $5 less an hour than originally signed for with other company and no benefits as other company had promised. They agreed to the original amount when I sent them the contract I signed with *****. I've never worked for a contractor before, so I'm not sure if they are all as hands off as WJM is. The only time I hear from them is asking if I'd like to renew my contract, they need some paperwork from me or I email them first.
