      Pros

      The company has seen some major growth in the past couple of years and the future appears bright. Even with the growth the upper management is still very active which allowes for direct interactions with the highest levels of decision makers.

      Cons

      Work load can be a lot at times do to growth and feel that compensation is behind industry peers for similar positions.
