Pros

Best team of mobile marketing professionals in the industry. Great exec and employee team, it was a real family. Collaborative team esprit de corp, focused and hyper customer centric. As a business punched way above our weight. Team members pulled together in the office, and had great fun together outside it. Waterfall is no more and will be missed, it was a band of brothers and sisters.

Cons

No real cons, new owners are focused on continuity of products and services.

Smart Start-up environment providing many opportunities to perform and learn new skills as well as owning new programs and defining new growth strategies. Founders focus on espirit de corp and establishing a strong team environment and culture. Performance pace is fast, and focus/results must be superior to competition with extreme focus on Customer/Client success. Require team first attitude and desire to constantly learn and adapt to Customer and Prospect needs.

Cons

Start-up environment stresses and limits of budget size and "extras" Must be able to move at speed, perform role, and be measured on accomplishments and results.
