I've been at Wejo for a little over a month and everyone has been so welcoming, helping me learn the business structure, product solutions, customer profiles, etc. Manager is very knowledgeable, supportive in ensuring you get a complete picture, manageable training and has created a solid team culture Solid processes established or initiated, and open to feedback or suggestions

Cons

Wejo is a startup to scale up company profile and with that comes a bit of crazy busy, but this also gives you the opportunity to learn the broader spectrum of a business. So not really a con, but could be a challenge for some
