Honestly one of the only pro's at Wejo is the people, but the company doesn't see it that way.

Cons

*Buyer Beware* Company has almost zero communication across the org, they are severely unprepared for a go to market for their newest sales team. They also have no problem arbitrarily doing what ever they want to the staff with no remorse or explanation. The company cut AE's total comp by almost 30% after 6 months of a failed attempt at building a new sales team.

The team I worked on had some of the Best sales personnel I've seen and I've been in the industry for a while. Wejo is really lucky to have them and for them to be so loyal for so long.

Cons

No face to face time with team. Senior executives receiving 7 figure bonuses when the company is burning around them. Company generates alot of revenue for the size of the business, unfortunately its leaders don't know how to grow the business in this space and simply make the same mistakes time after time after time leading to good people being made redundant.
