Pros

Manager of volunteer services and manager of food pantry work tirelessly for the clients.

Cons

The educative director is purposely out of touch with the problems her employees face with clients. It has been brought to her attention before and nothing was done about the verbal and emotional abuse I faced from the clients. Plus, the case managers refuse to come down stairs to assist with their clients.
