Whisbi has an excellent culture. They are big on work-life balance. Management is invested in us and they truly give us the best equipment and support to help us be comfortable while working from home and happy. This by far is the best company culture that I have worked in.

Cons

None that I can think of, I am very happy.

I like that each team is very well - structured and well- managed. Each department works well on its own but also in collaboration with others. The company is very well organised. The office environment is very welcoming and friendly, as well as well organised so that we can comfortably conduct our work.

Cons

It would be nice to have some fruits and snacks in the office :)
