-Nice office -Apple product only

-Demanding hours -No flexibility or perks -No leadership -Expectations are unrealistic -Coworkers don’t work -Alot of miscommunications with office in Barcelona -Procedures need to get updated -Not the best management or CEO

Pros

I like that each team is very well - structured and well- managed. Each department works well on its own but also in collaboration with others. The company is very well organised. The office environment is very welcoming and friendly, as well as well organised so that we can comfortably conduct our work.

Cons

It would be nice to have some fruits and snacks in the office :)

Pros

- The company and the technology are growing so there are great opportunities. - Clients are top brands and the service is constantly evolving. That's fun. - Diversity, remote working and work-life balance are always encouraged.

Cons

- No place is perfect and the company operates worldwide, so the learning curve at the beginning may be difficult. But everyone really cares and creates pathways to share the learnings. That helps.
