Pros

I'm able to do work that can make a difference to the industry and to society. Creativity and initiative is valued. The people I work with are smart, hard working, treat others well. I like them. No micromanagement, a lot of autonomy. No Politics. The core technology is a work of genius. The platform, network, tag technology is fascinating. We work with other amazing companies. I feel like we are making history, changing the way things are done. Wiliot is respected in the industry by many.

Cons

There is a lot of work that needs to be done and not enough time to do everything that you would like to do. Working across sites/time zones is challenging - but the Israel team go beyond the expected to connect in their evenings.
