Both the Lakes and the Manor campus are beautiful. I feel respected and appreciated every day that I come to work by the team members and the residents. It is not like a job but a home away from home.

WVC does so many things all throughout the year to appreciate their Team Members. Holiday activities, special lunches, food truck days, etc. They are dedicated to developing and growing their Team Members from the bottom up. I have worked here 4 years and have had great Team Leaders encouraging me to be the best I can be. The health benefits are great too, and PTO. Amazing culture, and our Residents are amazing too!
