Not a ton of gender or racial diversity toward the top. They're working on it, but it's not anywhere near where it needs to be.

Dishonest, company lacks integrity, poor structure, poor leadership, no training or clear expecttions, no clear line of how to be accountable or successful. Narrow scope of marketing limited to proposing on government contracts. No value for human capital, everyone is disposable. Company lacks accountability and honesty when interviewining and hiring. And staff is required to work rediculous hours, I log over 50 every single week. Understaffed and overworked is the norm! Look how many marketing staff they blow through every year, year after year!
