Pros
The pay is generous compared to what you will make somewhere else. I was able to make a good living where I was because the cost of living was significantly lower than other places. Also has good benefits with overtime pay.
Cons
Was overworked, 6 days a week 10 hour days. Never knew what time we were going to finish work, boss will tell us 20 minutes before we were done. Company is not organized with getting everyone on the same page.
