Wise is 100% employee owned, so there is a real sense of all employees having a stake in making growth happen Profit-sharing Real accountability from employees and great teamwork They really do financially reward strong performance Leadership listens and responds to keep teams happy Most employees work remotely and flexibility is prioritized

For some roles there are not clear career path stepping stones Company has been experiencing a lot of growth, so some growing pains
