Pros

As one of the global companies that has manufacturing sites in Europe, Asia and America, Wiwynn has unique advantages in the niche server industry and understands customers need very well. The company embraces the culture that can make the business sustainable, promotes the value of integrity and emphasizes balance of life between work and family. Flexible working hours, strong leadership in the local Redmond division and from the HQ management team.

Cons

The current division at Redmond is small and mainly focuses on fulfulling customer's need. I used to work with Sharp Labs in developing advanced technologies and hope to see the similar growing path (like Sharp and Sharp Labs).
