2-3 loads per day here at Xcel bulk.

No communication when it comes to the dispatcher and they don’t pay you for your loads/unloading pay at time you gotta watch them and make sure that you get your money . So you better watch your money here because they will blame the driver every time . They care more about the yard guy over the drivers that get the loads/work for him . The yard guy make 10x more then the driver do so you better make the right decision before coming here. You will make 285 a day from your 3 loads , then 295 after you unload your last trailer for only $10.00 after working almost 12-13 hours a day which you don’t get paid for your time only your loads you will get paid for ? It’s not right to live unload your last trailer for $10 for 30 minutes of work.
