This company is a wonderful company with solid team leaders. They have weekly meetings to help the team succeed in sales and other areas. This organization pays well as compared to other equivalent organizations in the industry.

Throughout my career at ITX all the Execs have had my back. I feel very supported in what I need to make my daily job easier. The ability to walk into any of upper managements' offices at any time with concerns or ideas is something that is hard to find. Their doors and ears are always open. I am compensated well for my job. And am constantly given feedback and new tools to grow.
