Pros

You have full control over projects and get to work with many different teams within the company. Fast growing and everyone is fun to be around.

Cons

Lots of work on everyone's plate with no shortage of projects to work on. Very good if you like to keep busy and have a lot of impact on the bottom line.

Pros

Culture in the office is great, people are constantly engaged and communicating. Sometimes I don't even feel like I'm working because I have so much fun in my role. Currently on the sales team, we have an amazing tech team as well!

Cons

Not much here. Being a small company there are certainly idiosyncrasies. Overall a very positive experience thus far.
