Close team and we look out for each other Super down to earth people Brand new clean office space Amazing growth and opportunity High quality tools Excellent Leadership Dinners and Outings are well put together

Cons

Coming from retail and corporate careers, I've seen the worst of both and most of us here have. I honestly can't think of any cons at the moment. I can say that they have all been addressed.

Love the team we have here at Xola. Great benefits and an awesome culture. Leadership that actually asks for, listens to & then responds to feedback thoughtfully.

Cons

Cant think of many cons. We work hard, but it truly feels as though the hard work is rewarded and appreciated.
