Don't have long term projects, it has very bad internal politics don't onboard new joiner on good or long term project.nobody is permanent employee in xoriant, except few old aged non billable people. all positive reviews are just for marketing don't fall in trap guys.

even working for 1 year they just fire employees after completing 60 days on bench never seen such policy, hr or any documentation never mentioned us this policy while joining ,all of sudden they changed bench policy.
