1. Incompetent managerial layer, they are hired by their other incompetent friends. They lost touch with technology and management skills 15 years back,
2. Irresponsive HR, they don't do anything with your concerns and queries
3. Project change is very hard.
4. Pathetic projects, third class technologies. Sometimes they even don't have BAs and Testers. Don't ask me anything about design and architecture. They don't have such projects. Sometimes I feel my college projects were much better.
5. Don't join Citi bank projects, insane and incompetent managers and clients. They don't know how to respect resource.
6. No respect for talent and hard work. They care about only billing.
7. Asking for leaves is a war.
